CrossFit
The technical definition of CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movement executed at a high intensity.” In breaking that down- you won’t fall stagnant in a predictable gym routine, the movements will be applicable to daily life, and you will leave feeling like you had a great workout!
We use CrossFit to build the ten components of fitness that ALL people possess, not just athletes. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The goal is to improve your general physical preparedness for anything that life can throw at you by using fitness that works and a community that lasts.

Barbell club
Looking to improve your strength, power, speed, coordination, flexibility, agility & balance? Look no further than our supplementary Barbell Club Program! Extra programs can be an effective way to focus on components when deficits are present. This program provides 30-45 minutes of Barbell specific work, three days per week.

Our personal training provides top notch one-on-one accountability, coaching, and programming for those who seek it out. In still using CrossFit methodology with personal training clients, this can be a great way to gradually get your feet wet! With the exception to certain circumstances and clients with special needs, the goal of our personal training programs is to get you ready for our CrossFit classes should you choose! The investment in your wellbeing is of course still there, but the magic is in the community- which we want everyone to be a part of.
